AriFit Krav Maga Self Defense workshops are 2+ hours of hands-on effective training to stay safe and enhance your awareness. Training and techniques are based on real-life situations and Krav Maga fundamentals. This is valuable for all skill levels.
Workshops include self-defense strategies, Krav Maga fundamental tactics, 432HZ sound healing, and community building activities...
You WILL learn how to:
-use your intuition to evade danger
-guide children/loved ones away from harm
-enhance environmental awareness
-escape San Diego's most common street attacks
-use nonverbal communication as a defense tool
-and methods to override freeze response
These Weekend Workshops are dedicated to PRIVATE self-defense training.
There are only THREE spots available.
No One is left behind. You have the option to apply for Scholarship in order to attend at no cost.
Each workshop always differs, no one workshop will ever be the same.

MY JOURNEY IN SELF-DEFENSE
At 18, I completed 2200 hours of instructor training and became the youngest Krav Maga Self-Defense instructor in the United States. I'm extremely passionate about empowering all genders on what it actually means to "fight like a girl".
As a professional, I continue training in boxing, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai.
After over 13 years of Krav Maga training experience, I continue to adapt my martial arts mindset in order to understand what is best for the people who are starting their MMA, mobility, and self-defense journey!
